During the 2008 Addy Awards
Indian Wells, CA (March 25, 2009) A perfect wrap to a comedic Addy evening was the bestowment of the Best of Show Award upon local graphic design firm Scott Burch Design for their execution of Riviera Resort and Spa's Circa 59 and Sidebar Menu's. The I Love Lucy-themed event was hosted by the American Advertising Federation (AAF)/Palm Springs-Desert Cities at the Indian Wells Hotel.
Other awards garnered by the creative group include Silver Addy's for the Greg and Stacey Renker Pavilion Campaign and concept for the Desert Cancer Foundations' 2008 Gift of Life Celebration Invitation. They also earned an award in the Best of Print category for design of the Riviera Resort and Spa Menus.
"The fact that we took home the highest honor in our industry is proof that you can be a small, specialized design studio here in the valley and still make a grand impact," says Burch. "There is a lot of fresh talent here in the Valley, and I am honored to have competed against so many other deserving candidates."

Firm Opens Doors to Creative, New Space
INDIAN WELLS, Ca Innovative graphic arts firm Scott Burch Design is calling a new address in Indian Wells home. The approximately 1,600 square-foot space has been crafted to represent the innovation and uniqueness that characterizes the work generated by the firms? creative team.
"We are excited about the new phase that our company is embarking upon," said Founder and Creative Director Scott Burch. "Working in a creative environment is an essential element to the process of developing exceptional work. Color, texture and composition is as important in your surrounding environment as it is on paper. Where we are represents who we are. It also helps inspire and excite our clients."
The specialized graphic design company is best known for their expertise in visual communications - most notably for logo design/branding, advertising campaigns and development of print collateral pieces.
